Where possible the driver will do their best to get the bags as close as possible to your property. If they are unable then the best option is kerbside delivery.
Please note due to Health and Safety our delivery drivers are unable to carry the bags up or down stairs or long distances from the truck. Arrangements can be made at the time of ordering to ensure you or someone you know is there to receive the delivery at the kerbside.
COLLECTION - We are operating an appointment system to keep both our customers and our staff safe. Please phone us on 01506 847999 and we will be happy to arrange an appointment for you. or simply place your order on our website and we will contact you and confirm a mutually agreed collection appointment. Phone us if your require advice or having difficulty ordering on-line.
Collection hours are Monday to Friday 10am till 4pm and 10am till 3pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
