Caledonian Kelpie Seaweed soil improver provides all the characteristics needed for the successful growth of plants in a wide variety of growing situations.
This unique high performing soil improver is produced using the brown seaweed Ascophyllum nodosum which is harvested by hand from the cold clean nutrient rich waters of the North Atlantic Ocean and, as such is an entirely renewable resource.
When using in planters one 40 litre bag will fill 0.05 cubic metres.
It contains over 80 minerals, essential trace elements, vitamins and natural plant growth hormones including Cytokinins, which stimulate plant growth.
Caledonian Seaweed Soil Improver provides your garden with the following benefits:

Application Guide:-
Soil Improver - Apply a layer 25-50mm (1-2 Inches) thick and either dig in or allow earth worms to incorporate.
Tree/Shrub Backfill Mix - Combine 3-parts excavated soil with 1-part Keplie Compost and back fill the planting hole.
Shrubs, Bulbs and Herbaceous Plants - Mix 3-parts of soil/other growing media with 1-part Kelpie Compost. Where soil quality is more favourable then a higher ratio of soil can be used.
Plant Mulch - Apply a layer 25-75mm (1-3 inches) around the stem.
Turf Top dressing - Aerate the turf and apply 6-12mm (0.25-0.5") and brush or rake so particles fall through holes.
Turf Establishment - Apply a layer 25-50mm (1-2") and incorporate to a minimum depth of 100-150mm (4-6") and establish a good seed bed prior to sowing.

Where possible the driver will do their best to get the bags as close as possible to your property. If they are unable then the best option is kerbside delivery.
Please note due to Health and Safety our delivery drivers are unable to carry the bags up or down stairs or long distances from the truck. Arrangements can be made at the time of ordering to ensure you or someone you know is there to receive the delivery at the kerbside.
