Low ash content - The quantity of ash is also set by ENPlus A1 at <0.7% allowable ash per Kg of pellets burnt, which translates into a typical household generating 35 Kg of ash for 5 tonnes of pellets burnt. Woodlets have an average ash content of <0.2%, therefore generating an industry wide low of 10kg of ash for every 5 tonnes burnt. Pellet samples are tested to ensure we maintain this standard.

Please remember this pallet weighs nearly 1 ton. It is important that you understand we are contracted to deliver it to the kerbside, however, we will do our best to get the pallet as close as possible to your property.
It may well be in circumstances of difficult access you may have to unwrap the pallet at the roadside and transport the 10kg bags yourself by barrow or other means into your garage or shed etc.
Please note due to Health and Safety our delivery drivers are unable to carry the bags up or down stairs or long distances from the truck. Arrangements can be made at the time of ordering to ensure you or someone you know is there to receive the delivery at the kerbside.
